Color Country Architectural Design has been involved with the land planning and development of Kolob Ranch for about a year and a half. At the present CCAD has directed the completion of two phases with two more nearing completion at the end of Summer 2005. We relied on our years of experience with land planning in Southern Utah to direct the work by contractors, engineers, & surveyors on this 600-acre project.

Our experience has been that proper treatment of the Land is so much interconnected with both Architecture as a passion, and the proper setting of the built environment, that the two are inseparable. Over the years we have participated often as the lead professional, with engineers, surveyors, golf course planners, and others, in land Planning projects as large as 12,500 acres in size.
