New Construction and Renovation of Elementary and Secondary Schools have made up the main body of CCAD's work for over 40 years. The firm in its three independent locations has done well over 1,000 school projects.

Local projects include Cross Hollows Intermediate, Cedar Middle, Panguitch Elementary Gym Addition, Bryce Valley Classroom Addition, and Colorado City K-12.
